Shipping

Shipping (UK)

We process all orders within 24 hours, if placed between Monday-Friday. Once processed your order will be posted using a Tracked Evri service, to avoid any missing parcels!

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been posted.

Please allow 2-4 working days to receive your order: if you place your order on Monday, you should receive it by Thursday. Orders placed after 5pm Friday will be processed on Monday.

We offer a Next Day Express service. Please allow us 1 day to process the order and post it, and another day for it to arrive (2 working days).

SHIPPING

Shipping (Europe & Worldwide)

We only offer a Tracked Delivery Service for outside of the UK. This is to avoid missing parcels. You will receive an email with your Tracking Number once it has been posted.

We will process your order within 24 hours but please allow the usual times for receipt, dependent on your whereabouts. You can find these on the Royal Mail website. Costs may vary in line with Royal Mail Tracked Prices, but we aim to always offer the best rate possible.

For alternative Worldwide shipping options, please contact us and we will see what we can do.

Additional Charges
Customs clearance charges and fees may be payable on items entering the destination country outside of the UK. We do not cover the cost of these charges. The level of charges vary from country to country, so we recommend checking whether these apply in your country before placing your order.

UK Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, your ink pads must be unused and sent back to us in their original packaging within 21 days of placing your order. We do not cover return postage costs.

For our 2-pack kits, we will not accept returns on an individual kit due to the heavy discount offered. If you find that you do not need to use it, how about you gift it to a friend?!

We will not accept kits for return where the ink pad has been used. Once we have received your return and carried out an inspection of the product, we will notify you of your refund via email. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on used items.

Please allow 7-14 working days for your refund to be processed. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable. 

We will not accept kits for exchange where the ink has been used. If you open your PawPrinter and realise it's too small for your pet's paw, please put it back in it's packaging immediately and email us for an exchange. Sizing is explained in the listing, but if you are uncertain please don't hesitate to contact us.

Frames

We take a photo of each frame before posting. If a frame is damaged during shipping, please get in touch with photographic evidence and we will send you a new one. We will work on your behalf for compensation from Royal Mail.

We check all products thoroughly before posting. If you have any issues with your product, please get in touch with photographic evidence of your issue - we will be happy to help. We are a small business that hopes to grow and we know we can only do that if we treat our customers with the respect they deserve!

Returns and exchanges

International Returns

We do not cover the cost of international returns. You are welcome to post your item to us and we will follow the procedure outlined above (‘UK Returns’). We recommend posting your return via a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the post. If you are unhappy with your product and wish to carry out an international return, please email us and we will see what we can do. If you believe your item is faulty, please get in touch.
